Submitting a booking request does not automatically mean that an appointment has been confirmed. An appointment is considered confirmed when the customer receives confirmation from Diamond Lotus or from a booking system used by Diamond Lotus.

• Customers are requested to arrive on time for their confirmed appointment.
• If an appointment needs to be changed or cancelled, customers should notify Diamond Lotus as early as reasonably possible.
• If a service, package or promotion has separate rules regarding deposits, cancellations, late arrival or no-shows, the specific conditions communicated to the customer will apply.
4. Use of Services and Customer Information
Before certain services are provided, customers may be asked about their care needs, skin condition, allergies, sensitivities or other relevant information necessary for Diamond Lotus to assess whether a service is appropriate.

Information about skin care, Mirari Cold Plasma, massage, wellness therapies and related services on the website is provided to introduce Diamond Lotus services and assist customers in selecting an appropriate experience.

• Promotions may not be combined unless Diamond Lotus expressly states otherwise.
• Vouchers, Lotus Credit and promotional benefits are not redeemable for cash unless the specific program conditions or applicable law provide otherwise.
• Customers are responsible for checking the validity period and applicable conditions before using a promotion.
• If there is a difference between abbreviated promotional content and the detailed conditions of a program, the detailed conditions published or confirmed by Diamond Lotus for that program will apply, subject to applicable law.
7. Payment
Customers shall make payment using the payment methods accepted by Diamond Lotus from time to time. Where payment is processed through a payment service provider or third-party platform, the transaction may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
